I was initially a bit skeptical about booking a cleaning service online, but PJ Cleaning Services completely exceeded my expectations.

The booking process was simple, pricing was fair, and communication was clear and reassuring from start to finish.

The cleaning team was absolutely wonderful, professional, friendly, and incredibly detailed. They took great care of the home and paid attention to every corner. When they finished, the space felt refreshed, organized, and spotless.

I hired PJ Cleaning Services for a move-out cleaning and they did an excellent job. I was worried about getting my security deposit back, but they took care of everything, inside the fridge, baseboards, cabinets, and even the windows. The place looked very clean and well taken care of. They arrived on time, were professional, and didn’t rush the work. Overall, a solid and reliable service. Improper communication (called up to 3 times back to back when I wasn't available), speaking on a clearly recorded line without disclosure, and exorbitant fees. This was sadly a horrible experience and terrible service. We thought getting a “deep clean” before move in would be a nice treat. It was far from clean. FYI a “deep clean” is basically just them putting some sticky cleaner on the floor, like “we cleaned here”.  When we called to say that the job was not satisfactory, they did send out one person to fix it. Upon arrival they had a small bag of household cleaners and a sponge. We pointed out what wasn’t clean, blinds, windows, tub, etc. they said I can’t clean those things because I haven’t been “trained”. Training for wiping dust off blinds is beyond crazy. This summed up the attitude of the entire experience, that “we can’t do that”, or “that’s extra”. Nothing was deep about this clean. I Highly recommend you use a different service, $400 for chemicals on my floor and horrible customer service is not what we were looking for.
